Damaged or Spilled Packages
If the package you receive is damaged or has spilled contents, customers are encouraged to take images of both the box and the damaged product. This documentation will be required for any refund or replacement request.
Refund or Replacement
We promise to refund 100% of the product price or replace the damaged product, depending on the customer’s preference. This reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction in the event of delivery issues.
Payment Refund
For card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), a processing fee of 8% will be deducted from all refunds. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original provided bank account.
Time Limit for Claims
Customers must make a claim within the same day of delivery. This ensures that any issues are addressed promptly and that the company is not held responsible for problems occurring after the delivery day.
Exclusions for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided if:
The product is damaged by the customer.
Any elements of the product are missing. This clause protects the company from fraud or misuse of the refund policy.
